Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may
be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery
expectations at no additional charge.
Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify
for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all
addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all
monogrammed and personalized orders.
Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or
weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
†Free standard shipping and handling is valid for logged-in J.Crew Rewards
members on qualifying orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or
the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See table above
for shipping and handling details. Free standard shipping and handling will be
automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Orders shipping free
to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via standard shipping
and delivered by UPS or USPS. Orders shipping free to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent via the
USPS. Terms of offer are subject to change.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple
shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit
card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping
and handling charges.

In-Store Pickup (U.S. Only)
In select markets, you can choose to pick up your online order at your local
J.Crew Factory store with no shipping and handling charge. Certain products
may be unavailable for in-store pickup, including gift cards. Orders will be
delivered to your selected store and ready for pickup within the specified
time frame. Some orders may be available even sooner (as early as same day) if
all of your items are already available in your selected store.
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and
shipped, and an e-mail will be sent once the entire order is ready for pickup.
You may pick up your order at the store for up to 7 days by providing a store
associate with your pickup notification e-mail and a government-issued photo
ID.
You may also designate another individual to pick up your order if you provide
them with the pickup notification received via e-mail. They should also bring
a government-issued photo ID.
If you are not able to pick up your order within 7 calendar days, it will be
returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded in the form of your
original payment. You should expect to see the credit in 3—5 additional
business days.
J.Crew Marketplace (U.S. Only)
The same shipping timelines and rates apply to our Marketplace products. Items
will ship directly from the Marketplace vendor, so your package will arrive
with their branding. As with J.Crew products, tracking information can be
found in your order history and shipping confirmation email.
